The first thing we need to do is get you signed up for WF3D. This is the list builder that we use to grow our networks as well as our income while being a part of something much bigger.

Sounds like a ridiculously low sum of money I know, but it's true. You will never have to pay for any other tools or know how along the way.

First you will need to open an AlertPay Account. AlertPay is an electronic processor much like PayPal. It is a way to pay and get paid online and it is how you will get paid from WF3D as your network grows.

AlertPay is 100% secure and an extremely reputable company for business transactions where you can send money through AlertPay balance or by credit card and you can receive your AlertPay balance by check or wire transfer to your personal bank account whenever you choose.

Sign up for WF3D by clicking on the Logo!

Once you are on that page, read the details if you must, then scroll down and click on the button that reads "Join Now!" and this will take you to a page where you will choose the username that you would like to be on your WF3D account.

Choose your username, check the box that reads "Accept our Terms of Service" and click proceed to first step.

Now a new window should be open for you to add all of your information:

* Username = Make sure it is the name you want

* Your Name = Your Name

* Your Email = This is your personal email account where WF3D messages can be sent and I highly recommend a gmail address.

* Your AlertPay email = This is the email address that you used for your AlertPay account and this is what is used for transactions so make sure that it is correct.

* Choose a password = Create your password for WF3D login.

* Click were it reads proceed to second step.

10 Steps to Success

Welcome back to my Blog,

Networking online is a great way to meet people without having to leave your home. The internet is one of the best resources available to home-based business owners. Once you have an idea of how and where to network online you will be well on your way to a successful new form of marketing.

My last blog post was about getting paid to network. I've spend a few months getting to know my way around the Yuwie site and I'd like to share the 10 Steps to Succes.

1. Make your profile something worth looking at. The first thing you should do is apply or create a template for your profile, add pictures, videos, something in your shout box, etc. You want people to visit your page and visitors get bored with the same old default red and white background, so make your profile appealing and exciting so that they will visit again! But don't make it too complicated or put so much stuff on there that it takes 10 minutes to load though, because visitors also get impatient.

2. Accept all friend requests and add as many friends as you can. The more friends you have the more page views you'll get. You can start with my friends list and just go through and request to be everyone's friend. Yuwie is different from Myspace where you're usually not friends with people you don't really know. Everyone is friends with everyone on here because we are all helping each other to MAKE MONEY !

3. Do not make your profile private. If it's set to private then only a limited number of people can view your page so that just doesn't make sense! But of course, making your page public also means, for safety reasons, do not put anything too personal on your page either. Don't put where you live, where you go to school/work, etc. because even though we're all friends it's still possible to come across some weirdos lol and we want to stay safe!

4. Learn from the pros. I recommend to all of my referrals to join the How to build your yuwie: Q&A club because it has so much valuable information. There are other awesome clubs that you can learn a lot from too so go through the clubs listings and join some! Also, when submitting friend requests look for those people who are experienced and can offer advice. They all have amazing blogs with some extremely helpful information and tips. Be friends with the people who really know what they are doing and are actually making money at this and learn as much as you can from them!

5. ALWAYS reply to comments and messages. When people take the time to give you page views by leaving you comments and/or messages you should always return the favor and comment or message them back. If you never reply then your friends probably won't comment or message you as much, which means fewer page views, which means less money.

6. Keep in touch with your downline. A big part of being successful with Yuwie is being a leader and training those people you bring in so that they know what to do to make money. If they make money you make money, and inactive referrals don't make anyone money so training your referrals is imperative. I always send a Welcome to Yuwie comment and a Tips and Tricks message to my referrals to get them started. Offer to help in any way that you can, encourage your non-active referrals, praise your active referrals, and just keep in touch. It's also a good idea to send friend requests to all of your level 2 and 3 referrals as well and encourage them as much as possible too.

7. Post blogs and create clubs to generate more page views. These are great ways to send people to your page, get more friend requests, and increase your page views.

8. Refer, refer, refer!!! This is probably the most important advice I can offer you. Without referrals you won't make any money on Yuwie. They are your foundation and should be a major focus in the beginning. But a lot of people have trouble with bringing in referrals. That is because they are only advertising Yuwie to their friends and family. Friends and family are great but the big numbers come from advertising to people who are specifically looking to make money working online. I advertise my referral link on Craigslist. There are some tricks to advertising on Craigslist though, because the "Craigslist Nazis" will delete your ads if you don't go about your advertising in the right way. Technically you're not supposed to advertise the same opportunity in more than one city, but we all know that is the way to get lots of people looking at your ads. So to get around this the secret is to 1) make the posting title different for every ad that you post, and 2) delete your cookies before every new post (Craigslist tracks your activity on their site with cookies and if they see that you've posted to several cities at the same time they will come in behind you and delete all of your work). Make sure that somewhere in the body of your ad you write the words "telecommuting" or "work from home" so that it will show up when people search those words. I post about 10 ads every day, but more than that is too many. This just won't work if we totally saturate Craigslist with Yuwie ads. So post sparingly. You can also advertise on work at home message boards. One that I post my link on sometimes is the WAHM.com message boards. And of course you can always invite your myspace friends.

9. Be consistent. Yuwie is not a get rich quick thing. It takes time and effort but if you consistently work at it (especially at the referrals) you will see progress. You make small change in the beginning but just think of what will happen in the next 6 months or a year with exponential growth! It could be amazing!

10. Stay positive. I've seen people get discouraged after their first earnings report but you have to remember that this company is still a baby. Myspace started off small just like this, and look at where they are now, and without paying their members! Yuwie will be bigger than Myspace and we will make the most money because we got in on it in the beginning, so keep a positive outlook that you will eventually see results from Yuwie and it will happen!

Networking is fun, it allows you to meet new people from all over the world. Many serious entrepreneurs, from around the world, will view your contact and business information. The more links you get on quality website pointing back to you, the more money you will make online.

Allow me to share this beautiful story with you, it’s about how a young man learned what's most important in life from the guy next door.

It had been some time since Jack had seen the old man. College, girls, career, and life itself got in the way.

In fact, Jack moved clear across the country in pursuit of his dreams. There, in the rush of his busy life, Jack had little time to think about the past and often no time to spend with his wife and son. He was working on his future, and nothing could stop him.

Over the phone, his mother told him, 'Mr. Belser died last night. The funeral is Wednesday.' Memories flashed through his mind like an old newsreel as he sat quietly remembering his childhood days.

'Jack, did you hear me?'

'Oh, sorry, Mom. Yes, I heard you. It's been so long since I thought of him. I'm sorry, but I honestly thought he died years ago,' Jack said.

'Well, he didn't forget you. Every time I saw him he'd ask how you were doing.. He'd reminisce about the many days you spent over 'his side of the fence' as he put it,' Mom told him.

'I loved that old house he lived in,' Jack said.

'You know, Jack, after your father died, Mr. Belser stepped in to make sure you had a man's influence in your life,' she said

What are phytonutrients?

What are free radicals?
Free radicals are atoms with at least one unpaired electron. In excess, free radicals produce harmful oxidation that can damage cell membranes. Free radicals are analogous to cattle let loose on a field of planted crops. Uncontrolled, the cattle would destroy the crops. Ranch hands are hired to make sure the cattle stay in place and graze. Antioxidants act much the same way. As the ranch hands for our bodies, antioxidants prevent free radicals from potentially damaging millions of healthy, functioning cells.

What is oxidative stress?
Oxidative stress occurs in your body when there are not enough antioxidants to counter the effects of damaging free radicals. Free radicals cause damage to all cellular components, including proteins, lipids, and DNA—the blueprint to cell proliferation. Why is it that some people succeed and others never do? The answer that keeps coming over and over is, successful people made the effort to understand what really makes people tick... what motivates them and why they make the decisions they make.

No matter what you learn in this lifetime, nothing will be more emotionally or financially rewarding than learning about people. Any time you spend now getting to understand other people and how they think, will reward you many times over in the future.

You must understand the human basic nature and the colors.

Knowing about the colors will give you an understanding of business language, the better you connect to people the better your results will be. Before I get into the colors I would like to cover the different behavior types.

How people behave towards challanges, risks and decisions depends if they are indirect, direct, open or selfcontained. Let me explain these behaviors so that later on you will understand the importance of recognising them and associating them to the different colors.

The Indirect personality type are slower, cautious, patient, cooperative, they keep their opinions to themselves, talk softly and have a gentle hand shake.

The Direct personality type are spontanious, quick, they tell it like it is, like to dominate the conversations, give their opinions even if they weren't asked, less patient and have a firm hand shake.

The Open personality type like to share their feelings freely, make decisions on gut feelings, relaxed, warm, emotional and enthusiastic.

The Selfcontained personality type are tensed, task oriented, structured, disciplined, they make decisions based on the facts and evidence, they keep their feelings private.

The Color to Success, when used correctly, can have such a positive impact on your life and business.

Now let's get to the Color definitions.

YELLOW ( phlegmatic): Indirect and Open

Yellows make up 35% of the population. We call them the nurturers. They want to save the world, they give from the heart, are friendly, family orientated, flexible, touchy-feely people. They don't like confrontations and let people walk all over them. Their famous words are share - help - team - relationship. Yellows have built some of the largest organizations in network marketing... When they have the belief they can do it. They don't like pushy people.

BLUE ( sanguine) : Direct and Open

Blues are 15% of the population. They just want to have fun. They jump from program to program to program, looking for fun. They are expressive, great promotors, persuasive and animated. They must establish relationship. In business they want to see the big picture, they don't want all the details, they will work it out

GREEN ( melancholy) : Indirect and Selfcontained

Greens make up 35 % of the population. They are the analytical people. They analize it to death. They believe they're the smartest people on the planet. They are detail orientated, reliable, economical, very organized and on schedule. When a green joins something, they never quit. Once they understand what they are doing... there is no stopping them.

RED (Choleric) : Direct and Selfcontained

Reds are 15% of the population. They are money-motivated, money-focused. Don't bother talking to them about your family or your vacation, they don't care. They know if you get married, you're supposed to have kids. If you have kids, you're supposed to go on vacation. End of story. Reds are controllers, dictators and power players. They like to be treated like a king and have the biggest ego. They want to get down to business. Show them what to do and they'll do it. The reds are corporate CEOs, presidents, leaders, the get-the-job-done people. They are absoluteluy not coachable.

To color your way to the top, you need to learn to be a chameleon.

Adapt to the colors, become a rainbow. Spend your time studying people and learn how to talk and interact with them depending on their color type. By using the different personality-type knowledge you will be able to establish a better relationship with your prospects and your partners.You can also benefit from this in your personal life.

Not long ago I was looking trough my e-mails and I came across this article from Mastering your Primary. I would like to share it with you. Here it goes.

The title is: Keeping Your Dreams Alive...

Many of us have aspirations of a more prosperous life, more time for ourselves & family, money for retirement, a larger house, a fancy sports car, grand vacations, you name it.

But things might get in the way, such as:

* Your environment and the people you know and hang around.

* The mental programming you are receiving by what you are watching on TV, reading or hearing on a daily basis.

* Your daily habits of your words, thoughts and actions.

Think about the past few hours. Is what you've seen, heard, said or did getting your closer to your goals or taking you further away?

Make a quick mental list of all the negativity you were bombarded with this past week. Think of all the TV shows you watched, the radio you listened to, the conversations you heard and had. How did or how could they affect your dreams and goals?

You need to identify negative influences, limiting beliefs, and habits that might be getting in your way and replace them with beliefs that serve your highest good.

Here are 3 things you can do to keep your dreams alive, and turn them into reality.

1. Get clear about what you really want to do, have and become.

Take a notepad and go some place you feel peaceful, like the deck in your backyard or a favorite sitting room in your house, and reflect on what you really want. Write it all down in your notepad to help anchor it into your mind. Now I'm sure you have heard this many times before -- but seriously, have you ever done it?

2. Seek out positive people and mentors.

Make a list of the 5 people closest to you, such as friends, family, co-workers, and determine whether they encourage your dreams or discourage you. Surround yourself with people whose dreams are as big or bigger than yours.

3. Feed your mind with positive influences.

Is the majority of what you are filling your brain with congruent to the vision of you want out of life? Or is it simply a mindless or negative distraction that does nothing to exercise your brain or promote positive thoughts? You might monitor what your children are watching and listening to -- but are you doing the same for yourself? Be careful of negative programming - no matter what age you are.

We've been in the network marketing industry a long time, and the most successful and prosperous people in the business actively pursue their dreams and have a daily self-development regime.They know that by feeding their brains with healthy, positive influences they are programming themselves for success and prosperity.
