Network Marketing Secrets

Network Marketing is the ordinary person's best opportunity to make extraordinary income. Ethical network marketing businesses are like business schools, they teach people the power of building their own business.

Find The Best Opportunity

Believe that the business opportunity you have, is the best ever work from home business. If you are currentlly in an organization that you do not believe in 110% , then find something else. If you are not excited to get out of bed every morning and grow your business, then find an other business. If you do not believe in the products you sell and are not using them, then find an other business.

Have a Business Vision

You must have a vision of where you want to be in 5 years from now. Write down your goals and your plans of how and when you will obtain your vision. Read your goals and vision statement weekly so they will literally take shape. Share this vision with your Up line so they can help you reach these goals. Have both long-term and short-term goals. A goal without a plan is just a wish...

Stay Focused

There are many distractions when working from home. Have a weekly meeting with yourself to focus on what needs to be done. Ask yourself if you have done all that you could to grow your business troughout the week. Stay focused and make sure you are taking the necessary steps to reach your vision.

Be Consistent

Ensure your plan and goals are realistic. Be sure you are following your plan and going trough your success guide and applying each strategy. Have a written list of your daily activity. If your plan is to post in 5 different forums in a day and you only got 4 done, then commit to posting to 6 tomorrow. Don't finish work until you achieve your tasks for that day. Do not compromise.

Have Faith In Yourself

Sometimes this means blind faith. Believe you will succeed and you will. Act and think as if you are already well established and wealthy. Believe in yourself and have confidence. Find new strategies to build your business. Educate yourself and attend some training calls. You need to work harder on yourslef than you do on your business and you will reach your goal.

Care For Your Customers

Care more about your customers and their satisfaction than you do about the money you make. Follow up with your customers to ensure they are happy with the products/services you provide. Get to know them. Your excellent service and caring attitude will bring you repeated business and referrals. Remember, people don’t care how much you know, they want to know how much you care…

Empower Your Down Line

Lead by example, show your Down Line how to duplicate the business. Take time to know what their goals and dreams are. Concentrate on working with them to achieve their goals and build their business, this will automatically build your business. Be available and share your knowledge with them.

Have a Positive Attitude

Use positive language and posture. Work at deleting negative thoughts from your mind, change your self-talk. Work toward having a reputation of a person who always sees the glass half full. Be respectful with everyone you contact.

It takes time to build a business, you will not make your fortune in your first week or month. Work constantly on reaching your goals. Focus on your vision, be consistent and follow your plan. Continually improve your skills and attitude.

Remember... failure is not an option.

What is a Blog ?

A blog gives you your own voice on the web.

It's a place to collect and share things that you find interesting— whether it's your political commentary, a personal diary, or links to web sites you want to remember. Many people use a blog just to organize their own thoughts, while others command influential, worldwide audiences of thousands. Professional and amateur journalists use blogs to publish breaking news, while personal journalers reveal inner thoughts.

The blogging experience is about not only putting your thoughts on the web, but hearing back from and connecting with other like-minded folks.

Publishing a blog allows you to instantly create new content-rich web pages. These new pages can be linked to from the home page of your current website and/or promoted separately.

By creating additional content-rich website pages and promoting them from your home page or through other means, you'll be accomplishing two important things:

1) You'll provide more value for your website visitors. This increases the "stickiness" of your website making people stick around longer and ultimately trust you more. On the Internet, trust translate to profits!

2) Search engines LOVE fresh content created through blogs. By publishing your own blog and adding fresh content to it on a regular basis, you'll attract the attention of the major search engines who will list your website in their directories for FREE. That's right!

As soon as you have pages of your blog in the search engines, you'll start attracting free qualified traffic to your site without paying a dime for it.

Imagine running a large and comprehensive Google Adwords campaign without paying anything for it... That's exactly what you can accomplish by publishing your own blog!

Blogging is a cross between a website and a discussion group/forum. It is more interactive than a website but not as interactive as a discussion group. What makes a blog stand out from a website or discussion group is that you plan what you want to say ( versus a discussion group where it's live). The best part is that you have full control over creating your blog - no web designer, no cost.

* Blogs are written in an informal style.
* Blogs are web pages that are date and time stamped.
* All messages and/or posts are saved and archived for instant access at a later time.
* Blogs are frequently updated with new information, which search engines like.
* Blogs differ from forums in that they link to other blogs and websites ( blogosphere)
* Blogs are interactive. Visitors can leave comments about your post.
* Blogs are published instantly. There is no need for a web designer.
* Blogs get around the email spam filters so your message will be seen.

By blogging you become a trusted expert in your field. When you write and publish, you are seen as an expert with credibility. People do business with people they trust. Even when you use other people's content you are seen as the "go-to" resource of information.

You can visit the Blogger website and have your blog setup in 3 easy steps.
http://www.blogger.com/start .

Once your first blog is published you then want to start by "pinging" your blog to get the automated traffic machine started. These sites are the ones I use to Ping my Blogs.

You can add more articles to your blog anytime you want using the same simple steps applied above. It is recommended that you post 2 to 3 times per week. You might add your own articles or you could just add your own thoughts, ideas and experiences (like an online diary of your Internet marketing journey). With a blog, the publishing possibilities are only limited by your own imagination...

Why Do Some People Succeed ?

Why is it that some people succeed and others never do? The answer that keeps coming over and over is, successful people made the effort to understand what really makes people tick... what motivates them and why they make the decisions they make.

No matter what you learn in this lifetime, nothing will be more emotionally or financially rewarding than learning about people. Any time you spend now getting to understand other people and how they think, will reward you many times over in the future.

You must understand the human basic nature and the colors.

Knowing about the colors will give you an understanding of business language, the better you connect to people the better your results will be. Before I get into the colors I would like to cover the different behavior types.

How people behave towards challanges, risks and decisions depends if they are indirect, direct, open or selfcontained. Let me explain these behaviors so that later on you will understand the importance of recognising them and associating them to the different colors.

The Indirect personality type are slower, cautious, patient, cooperative, they keep their opinions to themselves, talk softly and have a gentle hand shake.

The Direct personality type are spontanious, quick, they tell it like it is, like to dominate the conversations, give their opinions even if they weren't asked, less patient and have a firm hand shake.

The Open personality type like to share their feelings freely, make decisions on gut feelings, relaxed, warm, emotional and enthusiastic.

The Selfcontained personality type are tensed, task oriented, structured, disciplined, they make decisions based on the facts and evidence, they keep their feelings private.

The Color to Success, when used correctly, can have such a positive impact on your life and business.

Now let's get to the Color definitions.

YELLOW ( phlegmatic): Indirect and Open

Yellows make up 35% of the population. We call them the nurturers. They want to save the world, they give from the heart, are friendly, family orientated, flexible, touchy-feely people. They don't like confrontations and let people walk all over them. Their famous words are share - help - team - relationship. Yellows have built some of the largest organizations in network marketing... When they have the belief they can do it. They don't like pushy people.

BLUE ( sanguine) : Direct and Open

Blues are 15% of the population. They just want to have fun. They jump from program to program to program, looking for fun. They are expressive, great promotors, persuasive and animated. They must establish relationship. In business they want to see the big picture, they don't want all the details, they will work it out

GREEN ( melancholy) : Indirect and Selfcontained

Greens make up 35 % of the population. They are the analytical people. They analize it to death. They believe they're the smartest people on the planet. They are detail orientated, reliable, economical, very organized and on schedule. When a green joins something, they never quit. Once they understand what they are doing... there is no stopping them.

RED (Choleric) : Direct and Selfcontained

Reds are 15% of the population. They are money-motivated, money-focused. Don't bother talking to them about your family or your vacation, they don't care. They know if you get married, you're supposed to have kids. If you have kids, you're supposed to go on vacation. End of story. Reds are controllers, dictators and power players. They like to be treated like a king and have the biggest ego. They want to get down to business. Show them what to do and they'll do it. The reds are corporate CEOs, presidents, leaders, the get-the-job-done people. They are absoluteluy not coachable.

To color your way to the top, you need to learn to be a chameleon.

Adapt to the colors, become a rainbow. Spend your time studying people and learn how to talk and interact with them depending on their color type. By using the different personality-type knowledge you will be able to establish a better relationship with your prospects and your partners. You can also benefit from this in your personal life.
